The Problem

The business was handling calls manually, causing slow call handling, missed or delayed transfers, inconsistent caller experience, and no reliable reporting for operations.

The Solution

A full Twilio + Vapi + n8n + Airtable workflow: Twilio receives the inbound call, Vapi runs the multilingual AI conversation, sends a tool call to n8n for route resolution, n8n returns the correct transfer destination, Vapi transfers the call and sends end-of-call reports to n8n, which writes everything to Airtable.
